When rebuilding a kitchen we remove drywall where necessary to inspect what is behind the walls so the structure, framing, plumbing, and electrical can be properly evaluated. During the rebuild we install new insulation and a proper vapor barrier, improving the performance and comfort of the space. We also perform soffit removal whenever possible to open up the room and allow for taller cabinetry, better lighting placement, and a cleaner modern design.
